1. Introduction

Welcome to StylistX. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Services Provided

StylistX is an AI-powered fashion assistant that provides:

Personalized outfit analysis and scoring.
AI-driven fashion advice and chat functionality.
Product discovery tools to find similar fashion items.
Digital wardrobe management and outfit creation tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant StylistX a non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze this content solely for providing the Service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.
Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers, including:

Google Gemini AI: For image analysis and chat responses.
Firebase: For backend infrastructure and authentication.

Your use of these features is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

6. Disclaimers

AI Accuracy Disclaimer: The fashion analysis, scores, and recommendations provided by StylistX are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, these are subjective suggestions and should not be taken as professional advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in style assessments or product matching.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

7. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

StylistX offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly at the current rate
Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the current rate
Annual Subscription: Billed yearly at the current rate

Payment & Renewal

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The cost of renewal will be clearly identified

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StylistX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

1. Giriş

StylistX'e hoş geldiniz. Mobil uygulamamızı ("Uygulama") kullanarak veya erişerek, bu Hizmet Koşulları ("Koşullar") ile bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Sunulan Hizmetler

StylistX, aşağıdakileri sağlayan yapay zeka destekli bir moda asistanıdır:

Kişiselleştirilmiş kıyafet analizi ve puanlama.
Yapay zeka destekli moda tavsiyeleri ve sohbet özelliği.
Benzer moda ürünlerini bulmak için ürün keşif araçları.
Dijital gardırop yönetimi ve kombin oluşturma araçları.

Hizmetin herhangi bir bölümünü herhangi bir zamanda bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkımız saklıdır.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Belirli özelliklere erişmek için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Şunları kabul edersiniz:

Doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamak.
Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğini korumak.
Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerin sorumluluğunu üstlenmek.

Bu Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.

4. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Davranışları

Yüklediğiniz fotoğrafların veya içeriğin ("Kullanıcı İçeriği") mülkiyeti size aittir. Yükleme yaparak, StylistX'e bu içeriği yalnızca Hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla kullanma, işleme ve analiz etme konusunda münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz.

Yasaklanmış Faaliyetler

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasadışı, saldırgan veya zararlı içerik yüklemek.
Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik veya hackleme girişiminde bulunmak.
Uygulamayı yetkisiz ticari amaçlarla kullanmak.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Hizmetimiz, aşağıdakiler dahil olmak üzere üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılarla entegre çalışır:

Google Gemini AI: Görüntü analizi ve sohbet yanıtları için.
Firebase: Arka uç altyapısı ve kimlik doğrulama için.

Bu özelliklerin kullanımınız, bu üçüncü taraf sağlayıcıların koşullarına ve gizlilik politikalarına da tabidir.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi

Yapay Zeka Doğruluk Reddi: StylistX tarafından sağlanan moda analizi, puanlar ve öneriler Yapay Zeka tarafından oluşturulur. Doğruluk için çaba göstersek de, bunlar öznel önerilerdir ve profesyonel tavsiye olarak alınmamalıdır. Stil değerlendirmelerinde veya ürün eşleştirmelerinde %100 doğruluk garanti etmiyoruz.

Uygulama, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU GİBİ" sağlanmaktadır.

7. Abonelik Koşulları

Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelikler

StylistX aşağıdaki otomatik yenilenen abonelik seçeneklerini sunar:

Haftalık Abonelik: Mevcut fiyattan haftalık olarak faturalandırılır
Aylık Abonelik: Mevcut fiyattan aylık olarak faturalandırılır
Yıllık Abonelik: Mevcut fiyattan yıllık olarak faturalandırılır

Ödeme ve Yenileme

Ödeme, satın alma onayında iTunes Hesabınızdan tahsil edilecektir
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça otomatik olarak yenilenir
Hesabınız, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat öncesinde yenileme için ücretlendirilecektir
Yenileme maliyeti açıkça belirtilecektir

Abonelikleri Yönetme

Abonelikler kullanıcı tarafından yönetilebilir ve otomatik yenileme, satın alma sonrasında kullanıcının Hesap Ayarlarına giderek kapatılabilir.

Ücretsiz Deneme

Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, bir abonelik satın aldığınızda ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı kaybedilecektir.

İptal

Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, StylistX, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan kar veya veri kaybı dahil olmak üzere hiçbir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olacak ve bunlara göre yorumlanacaktır. Bu Koşullar kapsamında doğacak her türlü ihtilaf, İstanbul, Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
